This book contains 20 critical considerations that detail the challenges and needs trauma survivors face created by the nature of their experiences. The trauma recovery interventions included are time specific, and meet the most recent disaster guidelines supported by the National Institute for Mental Health and the National Education Association. They support the core principle of trauma-informed care “Do No Harm.”
