Assignment: Look at the poster and identify the behavior you are having difficulty with. Write about the emotions you experience when having to deal with this person. Do you feel fear, anger, confusion, suspicion, disgust, shame, anxiety, etc? What negative thoughts do you have? Are they accurate? What changes in your perspective or thoughts would help you to feel more feel confident, calm and poised?
