Fly Free™ is a “True, False, or Wild”therapeutic game for teens and adults, who have experienced abuse. It was designed for mental health professionals to use with clients to help empower them. This interactive game aims to help clients process the abuse, reduce negative beliefs and feelings of guilt, increase their sense of worth, and build a positive self-image. The Wild cards are incorporated to assist clients in beginning to build appropriate coping strategies and identify triggers. The game includes 40 cards. This therapeutic tool was created by Stefanie Sherbon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist. She has been providing child therapy for over 10 years.
