Work on increasing your focus or helping someone else develop and maintain their focusing capabilities and hone in on their inner self.  This is also a perfect grounding technique to help melt anxiety and stress away as one is brought back to center by balancing the feather on the palm of a hand or tip of a finger.  *Remember to focus on the eye of the Peacock Feather to keep it afloat!*  This great technique can be utilized for all ages from early childhood through older adults.
